We are looking for motivated, dependable subcontractors. As a Construction Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in preparing spaces for their intended use. Pay is based on experience and job performance.  Locations vary depending on our schedule and workload, so flexibility and dependability are a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Remove debris and waste materials to the jobsite dumpster to ensure a safe and clean environment.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning operations.

• Various other construction duties.

 

Requirements

• 18 or older

• Have a valid Driver's License

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.

• You must have reliable transportation!
